Fling Filth

Fling Filth. The goblin flings filth at a creature within 10 feet. The target must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw or be Blinded until the end of its next turn.


Cackling Detonation

Cackling Detonation. If the goblin is Bloodied and there is at least one higher-CR ally within 60 feet, then the goblin cackles and detonates a highly volatile explosive concoction, instantly killing it. Each other creature within 10 feet must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) fire damage on a failed save and half damage on success.


Cacklehex

Cacklehex (Recharge 5-6). The goblin curses a creature it can see within 60 feet with a Cacklehex. The target must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, it takes 22 (9d4) psychic damage and is Cursed (save ends at end of turn). While cursed, it falls Prone and it cannot stand up.


Blood Curse

Bonus Actions

Blood Curse (1/day). The goblin takes 15 (6d4) necrotic damage as it ceremonially cuts itself and curses the blood of a creature it can see within 60 feet. After this, whenever the goblin takes damage, the cursed creature takes half that damage (rounded down) as psychic damage.
